De-matting Policy

Normal grooming does not include *de-matting. There is an additional charge per 10 minutes extra grooming time required to de-matt your dog.  We do not recommend de-matting of elderly or aggressive dogs.

*Note: I groom humanely, dogs with severe matting will be shaved off.

 

Cancellation Policy

Please give a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your dogs appointment.
